Data controller

Azienda Agricola IL CAN PER L’AIA – Nuna Malamutes, Località Staghiglione 42, 27040 Borgo Priolo (PV), Italy. Contact: info@thealaskanmalamute.it.

Data processed

The public website can process technical connection data and security logs. If you submit a booking request, we process the details you enter in the form, including your name, contact details, preferred date and information about your dog. The form sends the request by email and does not create a marketing profile.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is used to provide and protect the service. Booking data is used to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps at your request. First-party aggregate statistics and Google Analytics are activated only with your consent and are used to understand website usage.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your language and privacy choices locally so they remain available on later visits. After consent, it also creates random visitor and session identifiers for first-party aggregate statistics; the server stores only their irreversible hashes and never stores the IP address in the analytics archive. These statistics are deleted after 25 months. The restricted administration area uses a technical session cookie. Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga and _ga_*; Google determines their technical operation and retention, commonly up to two years. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Recipients and transfers

Infrastructure and email providers may process data as service providers. If Analytics is accepted, data is transmitted to Google under its applicable contractual and international-transfer safeguards. Details are available in Google’s privacy documentation.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only for the time needed to handle requests, protect the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
